- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts (I used 2 since it is only me and Jake at home)
- 1/3 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1 20oz can of pineapple chunks that have been drained
- 1/3 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1tbsp corn starch
DIRECTIONS:
- Let chicken thaw out overnight
- add all ingredients and the chicken into your crock pot
- give it a little stir so that all your chicken is covered in the sauce
- let cook on low for 8 hours
- serve over rice and/or vegetables
